The venue strives to source and promote local music talent, and the shows get started at 9:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The Place will be your new favorite neighborhood bar if you’re a sports fan — they stream tons of games for the fun and enthusiastic patrons.
CdM is a wonderfully walkable area. On East Coast Highway, you'll find plenty of dog walkers and parents with strollers window-shopping at the many studios, design shops, antique stores, and galleries, such as On Que Style, which does luxury resale. Reborn Coffee is a popular (and super-cute!) place to grab a coffee or tea to go.
Corona Del Mar is the dream location for active residents — the beaches and parks here are top-rated in California. Swimming, surfing, and jogging around the infamous Corona Del Mar State Beach are common pastimes, and kids love to snorkel at Crystal Cove State Park.
